TRAVELING
We purchase tickets for employees traveling from Lithuania to Scandinavian countries and back.

The travel is done by ferry or airplane.

It is our preference for employees to travel using their personal vehicle, and we will cover any fuel expenses they may incur during the trip. In case of need, a company car can be provided.
ACCOMMODATION
Living quarters are provided for employees, with each room accommodating 1-2 people.

There is wireless internet (Wi-Fi) available everywhere, as well as necessary household appliances.
​
The cost of accommodation ranges from €250/month to €300/month.
WORK TOOLS
All employees are provided with work tools and work clothes bearing the company logo.
PERMITS & LICENSES
If needed, we cover the cost and arrange for the employees to attend training courses.
SOCIAL BENEFITS
The employment contract outlines the job details, working hours, and salary. Additionally, all employees are entitled to receive social benefits.
